Within the executive structure and the Comprehensive Cooperation Bylaws of CINVU Members, the expert committees on education, research, culture, economy, media, development and growth, information technology, and start-ups, under the Supreme Strategic Council of this academic network, are entrusted with the mission of assisting in the advancement of its programs. Furthermore, when necessary, the establishment of additional specialized and expert committees has also been foreseen to strengthen other activities.

According to Clause Seven of the definitions section in the Comprehensive Cooperation Bylaws of CINVU Members, the specialized committees of the Strategic Council of this academic network possess the authority to review and approve matters related to the advancement of CINVU’s programs. They play a decisive role in the processes of educational, research, cultural, social, and student cooperation, as well as in knowledge commercialization, licensing, and other important subjects addressed in these bylaws.
